I have no wireless control programs (ProSet or otherwise) installed - intended to run this from the ASUS utility. Please let me know if there is any additional information you need to aid me in this diagnosis - I am completely out of ideas.Īdditionally - if I missed something stupid simple - please feel free to point it out.Īs an additional note: I am fairly certain all of my drivers are up to date - but if there is a particular driver I should be looking for / checking, please do not hesitate to point that out. Install the ASUS Wireless Adapter Card before running WLAN Utility (paraphrased) It states that it is functioning properlyĪfter installing card / drivers i have no access to any wireless networking optionsĪfter installing card / drivers / utility I attempt to open the ASUS WLAN utility and receive the following message: Drivers have been uninstalledĭrivers successfully install (i have tried all available drivers on the website - up to date and out of date)ĭevice manager properly recognizes the AC68 as a wireless adapter My previous wireless adapter was installed in a standard PCI slot - while it was slow - it did work. I have installed the card in the following slots with no success: This is my second AC68 card - I RMAed the first one thinking that it was defective - this leads me to believe that the problem is on my side Here are the symptoms / facts as far as I can tell:

SSD Storage: Intel Enterprise 64GB SSD Drive (RAID Acceleration using Z68 Chipset) Mech Storage: 2 x Hitachi 2 TB Enterprise Drives (RAID 1)

GPU: 2 X NVidia / EVGA GTX 560Ti (2GB Memory) [Installed in each PCI Express 2.0 X 16 Slots - running at X8) RAM: 2 X Corsair Vengeance 2 x 4 GB Dual Channel DDR3 1600 Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, I have not yet been able to get said card to work in my system. I recently purchased an ASUS PCE-AC68 Wireless Adapter in the hopes of improving my machines wireless connectivity. Reposting this because I am still at a loss.
